Annual Physiotherapy Mobility & Performance Assessment

What factors are limiting my performance?  Why am I predisposed to injury?

Our Annual Physiotherapy Assessment can answer these questions and more.

When a car’s wheels are “out of alignment” the tires wear unevenly and eventually affect performance unless the alignment is fixed.  Just like a car, the human system will alter its movement patterns in the presence of weakness, tightness, or pain. Over time, this results in changes such as decreased joint range of motion, muscle flexibility, and muscle strength, all of which can lead to injury, pain, and a decrease in overall well-being and performance.

What Are the Benefits?

Our annual physiotherapy assessment is a comprehensive assessment of your body to:

  • Discover hidden weaknesses and imbalances
  • Improve movement patterns
  • Prevent injury and promote durability
  • Build balanced fitness
  • Improve your potential
  • Identify areas that may be impacting your performance

Our goal is to create balance and optimal movement patterns in each person.
