Workers Compensation – NEW!
We have just been approved by the Workers Compensation Board to treat patients with an active WCB claim.

Manual Therapy
Treatment techniques include spinal mobilization and manipulation, peripheral joint mobilization and manipulation, neural mobilization, ART / soft tissue release, cupping, Graston / Instrument assisted soft-tissue mobilization (IASTM).

Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Assessments may include a biomechanical assessment of joints and soft-tissues as well as an internal pelvic floor exam.

Custom Foot orthotics
Ben specializes in foot and ankle injuries and is now offering custom foot orthotics using the latest 3D camera technology.

Blood Flow Restriction Therapy
A novel therapy for rehabilitation and strength training.

Exercise Programming
Customized exercise programs to improve strength, stability, balance, coordination, agility and flexibility.

Running Gait Assessment
A gait analysis using a treadmill and specialized software can provides additional insight if you are experiencing pain or an injury from running.

Functional Movement Assessment
A movement assessment that identifies and treats compensations in the body that may predispose you to, or be the cause of, injury.

Shockwave Therapy
An effective, non-invasive therapy used to accelerate the healing of muscle, tendon, ligament, and some bone injuries.

Intramuscular Stimulation
Also known as dry needling, this is an effective tool to help reduce painful muscular trigger points.

Post-Concussion Rehabilitation
A concussion is a type of traumatic brain injury caused by a direct bump, blow, or jolt to the head, or part of the body that causes the head and brain to move rapidly back and forth.

Vestibular Rehabilitation
Used to treat vestibular disorders (disorders of the inner ear and/or the central nervous system) and symptoms of dizziness, vertigo, and difficulties with balance, posture and vision.

Motor Vehicle Accident
If you’ve been in a motor vehicle accident within the last 10 days and have reported the accident and started a claim, we can carry out physical assessment of your symptoms.

Therapeutic Taping
Athletic tape, Leukotape, or Kinesiotape can help to re-align joint or soft tissue mechanics and bring an increased awareness to movement patterns.

Electrotherapy Modalities
Neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES), also known as ‘muscle stim’ may be used and prescribed for home use if you have difficulty contracting a certain muscle due to pain or surgery. Our therapists may also elect to use ultrasound, interferential current (IFC) or transcutaneous electrical stimulation (TENS) to help manage your pain.
