Injections
There are a few different injections that can be used to treat orthopaedic injuries and conditions. The physicians at Banff Sport Medicine will discuss these with you during your consultation if you are a candidate for one of these treatments.
The cost of the injection product is not covered by health services but may be covered by third-party insurance. You should contact your insurance provider to ask about your coverage for these treatments.
If you have had an injection you should follow the recommendations on the relevant handout to make sure you gain the greatest benefit from your treatment.
