Rebuild Strong: ACL Edition

Recovery from ACL injury and surgery requires commitment to regaining strength and conditioning. This helps ensure a return to full knee function and reduces your risk of re-injury.

Rebuild Strong: ACL Edition is a program specifically designed to bridge the gap between basic function and full physical and athletic readiness.

What To Expect

This comprehensive 8-week program is focused on the transition from rehabilitation to returning to sport and activity for participants that are recovering from ACL injury or reconstructive surgery.

Our small group setting helps provide motivation and accountability, while our highly trained and experienced strength coaches ensure each participant receives personalized attention and expert monitoring.

Participants commit to two sessions per week, allowing consistent progression and essential training adaptations. Research shows that consistency over time is vital in building the strength and resilience needed to safely return to sport and activity.

This isn’t just about recovery – it’s about rebuilding your strength, confidence, and readiness for the demands of your active lifestyle and to minimize the risk of re-injury.
